The data owners have provided the data contained with these directories for the specific purpose of promoting and publishing their services. 4. Registering your organisation with Saffron Directory

4.1. If you register on our site, for example, to include your business details in the Directory, you are required to provide certain contact information for example your name, e-mail address, phone number or address. We use this to contact you for matters relating to your listing

5. Searching the Directory to find businesses and services

5.1. It is not necessary to provide saffrondirectory.co.uk with personal information in order to use the Saffron Directory service as a search user. Data may be gathered about the use of www.saffrondirectory in order to enhance your experience using cookies (see below).

5.2. Customer care: If you contact us, we may keep a record of any correspondence you send us. We do not record any telephone conversation.

6.1.1. Details of transactions You carry out through our website and the fulfilment of your order; When making a purchase, we will collect your contact information, which includes name, address, email address and phone number.

7.2. We provide functionality that enables you to manage what data you permit to be published within the site and its printed published version.
