Classes run in Ashdon Village Hall and the first class is always FREE. The hall is perfect for training with a sprung wood floor and plenty of space for a diverse range of exercise equipment including punch bags and abs machines.
The club caters for both adults and children with 2 fully qualified and insured black belt instructors, allowing for one-to-one
attention in lessons when required.
We are very proud of our members and their sporting achievements through kickboxing and the club which include success in;
1. Kickboxing grading
2. Skills section of the Duke of Edinburgh award
3. GCSE PE using kickboxing as an extra-curricular activity either to gain or improve a sporting skill or to coach others.
4. Sparring competitions
5. Improved fitness and gaining a new skill
