This form of therapy primarily works with 10 main energy lines (Sip Sen) which are located throughout the body. This helps to clear energy blockages that can otherwise lead to feelings of dis-ease within the body. Unblocking energy helps to improve free flow of energy, balancing our physical, mental and emotional well-being. Applied yoga postures are used to give lovely deep stretches and pressure points, located throughout the body, are massaged and stimulated. Expect Thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet to skillfully apply pressure throughout the practice. all are applied whilst using 'Metta'- a Buddhist loving kindness meditation.
