I am a counsellor with over 14 years experience of working with adults, either individually or as couples. I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists - this demonstrates that I am experienced and have undergone a rigorous validation process to assess my working practice, that is over and above that required for individual registration.
I provide a confidential, professional, reliable and ethically sound service so you, as a client, can be assured that you have a safe place to talk about what is troubling you and receive support in thinking about what's brought you to therapy, identifying goals and working together to achieve them.
I am also an experienced Case-work Supervisor and Groupwork Practitioner; and additionally work with organisations, running staff support groups and providing talks/workshops on emotional wellbeing issues.
