10am Baby Massage
This is a certified Infant Massage course following the globally recognised International Association of Infant Massage programme. The classes provide an opportunity for you to enjoy special, focussed time with your baby in a calm, welcoming and supportive environment.
11.30am Baby Yoga
Dry massage, gentle movements and stretches for your baby are intertwined into a relaxing routine. The classes incorporate some gentle stretches for you too and the opportunity to explore movement together.
