Traditional Shotokan karate. Age 5+. We also train in the martial arts weapon Nunchaku (rice flail) and the Bo (staff ). Also at Westfield Primary School, Chalkstone Way, Haverhill, Suffolk
Training times; Wednesday 6.15-7.15 pm for juniors and 7.15 – 8.30pm for seniors and Sunday from 10am to 11am and 11.15am to 12.30pm senior grades. Also Monday from 615pm to 7.15pm for adults.
Tues and Thurs 7.30pm to 8.30pm and Saturday 9.30am to 10.30am then senior class 10.30am to 11.30am.
