The Nucleus, at the heart of Chesterford Research Park, is a contemporary, purpose-built meeting, conference and event facility nestled within a stunning natural landscape. A variety of meeting and conferencing spaces caters for all types of occasion, from board meetings to conferences of up to 200 people.
In addition, the Nucleus offers a stylish, fully air-conditioned health and fitness centre with the very latest cardiovascular and resistance machines. It also has an exercise studio hosting a diverse range of daily classes as well as outdoor Bootcamp sessions.
Highly qualified Personal Trainers are on hand to help create personal fitness programmes, offer Personal Training sessions or to simply supply motivation when required, ensuring all members get the most out of their exercise time.
